V Neck Patterned Dress/Tunic

I like this busy pattern with all these fun colours, also has 3 buttons, all different, on the V neck. V necks are great for layering necklaces. Some fine gold ones would be pretty with this one. Also the biker type white shorts underneath or a white short skirt would complete this look quite nicely
